The MeanEditor Visual Editor for MediaWiki - Better than WYSIWYG! - 0.5 version
This test installation of MediaWiki is meant as a demo of MeanEditor, a very nice open-source visual editor for Mediawiki based on WYMeditor.
You can play on the Sandbox and leave feedback. For more information see the official extension page.
To install download the following file and read here:

MeanEditor is now hosted on GitHub, contributions are welcome.
This is the new version of MeanEditor, running on Mediawiki SVN. See http://allievi.sssup.it/jacopo/mediawiki for the old stable version.

MeanEditor was developed by Jacopo Corbetta and Alessandro Pignotti while working on a project for Antonio Gulli.
We hope to bring out some ideas that will one day evolve in a good visual editor for Wikipedia.
